1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the EqualFaith Sales ("Service") and setting up EqualFaith or related sofwares/scripts sold here, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

EqualFaith Sales provides a platform for ORGS to buy the EqualFaith scripts as well as other related products. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to place an order or setup
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Miragek and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Miragek be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
