Software License Agreement

Grant of License

EqualFaith grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the EqualFaith ("Software") subject to these terms.

Permitted Uses

You may:

• Use the Software for your internal business purposes
• Access the Software through authorized accounts
• Integrate the Software with your applications as permitted by our APIs

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Copy, modify, or create derivative works
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the Software
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the Software for competitive analysis

Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold in any way to allows reselling or claim of new full ownership. EqualFaith retains all right, title, and interest in the Software, including all intellectual property rights.

Subscription and Fees

Access to certain features may require a certain fee (API ACCESS). Some of this are provided by Miragek and others 3rd parties. Fees are non-refundable except as provided in our Refund Policy.

Support and Updates

We will provide technical support and software updates as deemed necessary at our sole discretion.

Warranty Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL EQUALFAITH BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT.

Term and Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term.
