Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund:
- Request must be made within 7 days of purchase
- The product/service must not have been substantially used
- Subscription services must be cancelled before the next billing cycle
How to Request a Refund

- Provide your order number and purchase date
- Explain the reason for your refund request
- Include any relevant document.
Processing Time
Refund requests are typically processed within 5-7 business days. Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in cases where:
- A subscription was partially used
- Multiple items were purchased and some were used
- Custom services were partially delivered.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Setup fees and installation charges
- Custom development work
- Domain registration fees
- Third-party service fees
- Digital downloads that have been used in production.
Subscription Cancellations
For subscription services:
- You may cancel at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No partial refunds for unused time within current billing cycle.

If you believe a refund was wrongly denied, you may:
