Is EqualFaith a subscription?

No. EqualFaith is a one-time purchase. You pay once and get lifetime access including all future updates. No monthly bills. No hidden fees. Ever.

Is this for only Nigerians?

No. Our checkout supports payment with PayStack (global) and NowPayments (crypo). EqualFaith is not made for only a specific region. In-fact, most of our clients/buyers are from abroad.

I run a mosque. Will this work for us?

Absolutely. EqualFaith is built for churches, mosques, temples, synagogues, and any faith community. You can change the leader title to Imam, disable features you don't need, and customize the platform to fit your tradition perfectly from the admin controle dashboard.

What if I lead a non-religious spiritual community?

You're welcome too. The tools are the same. Live streaming, member management, donations, chat, events. Call things what you want and use what serves you.

Do I need coding skills to use EqualFaith?

Some technical comfort helps, but no. Our Pro and Enterprise plans include an Easy Installer that handles the heavy lifting. We also offer installation and setup services if you'd rather not touch anything technical.

Can I customize the source code?

Yes. All plans come with the complete, unencrypted PHP source code. Customize it however you like. Add features, change the design, integrate new tools. It's yours.

What payment gateways are included?

PayPal, Stripe, Paystack, Flutterwave, M-Pesa, Monnify, RazorPay, Mollie and several others come built in. That's more than any comparable script. Need something else? We offer custom gateway integration.

Can people donate without creating an account?

Yes. Guest donations are fully supported. Anyone can give without signing up.

Does it work on mobile?

Yes. EqualFaith is fully responsive and works on phones and tablets right out of the box. It's also PWA ready, which means members can install it like a mobile app on their home screen.

What's a PWA?

Progressive Web App. It lets your members add EqualFaith to their phone's home screen. It looks and feels like an app without the hassle of app stores.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We encourage you to review the features carefully and ask us any questions before purchasing. However, if you have not used it, we still get you 7 days money back. You may consider reading our refund policy for more details on this.

I bought EqualFaith. Now what?

Check your email. You'll receive your source code and license key. Follow our Getting Started guide or contact us for setup help. You'll be live in no time. Feel free to click the "orders" at our sales page. Confirm your email to show orders.

Can you install it for me?

Yes. We offer an installation service as an add-on. Add it during checkout or contact us to add it after purchase.

Will I get updates?

Yes. All plans include lifetime free updates. As we improve EqualFaith and add features, you get them at no extra cost.

What support do I get?

Support duration depends on your plan. Regular gets 3 months, Pro gets 6 months, Enterprise gets 12 months or more. After that, you can still reach us. We take care of our clients. If you feel a need for extra speed, consider getting our VIP support.

I need something custom. Do you do that?

Yes. Customization is available as an add-on service. Contact us with what you need and we'll send you a quote.

My church has multiple branches. Can EqualFaith handle that?

Yes. The Enterprise plan includes branch management. Manage multiple locations from one dashboard. Perfect for growing ministries.

Is my data secure?

Yes. EqualFaith includes two-factor authentication, SQL injection protection, XSS protection, and data encryption. Your community's information stays safe.

What's the AI moderation thing about?

Available on Pro and Enterprise plans. EqualFaith uses AI to automatically review content and flag anything inappropriate before it goes live. Keeps your community safe without you monitoring everything manually.
