We didn't set out to build software. We set out to solve a problem we kept seeing everywhere.
Faith communities were struggling. Not with faith itself. With connection. With technology. With the quiet frustration of trying to serve their people using tools that were never designed for them.
We watched churches patch together WhatsApp groups, YouTube channels, and separate payment apps. We watched mosques rely on word of mouth and bank transfers for everything. We watched temples and synagogues pay monthly fees for platforms that didn't understand their traditions.
And we asked a simple question. Why isn't there one platform that just works? For everyone?
The Problem Was Bigger Than One Religion
At first glance, a church and a mosque might seem to need different things. But look closer. Every faith community needs to gather. To teach. To give. To care for each other. To welcome new people. To stay connected between gatherings.
The names are different. Sermon or khutbah. Tithe or zakat. Pastor or imam. But the needs are the same.
Yet most tools force faith communities into boxes designed for businesses. You're not selling products. You're nurturing souls. Why should your platform treat you like an online store?
We realized the world didn't need a church platform. Or a mosque platform. Or a temple platform. It needed a faith platform. One that adapts to any tradition. One that respects the language, the practices, and the leadership structure of every community.
That's why we called it EqualFaith. Not OneFaith. Not OurFaith. EqualFaith. Because every faith community deserves the same quality of tools, the same dignity, the same opportunity to thrive online.
Built by People Who Get It
We're not a giant corporation. We're a small team under Miragek, a company that builds technology for real human needs. EqualFaith Worship is one of our projects. But it's the one that carries our hearts.
Some of us grew up in faith communities. We've seen the treasurer struggling with paper records. We've seen the leader trying to live stream with a phone propped up on a stack of books. We've seen members drift away because there was no easy way to stay connected between services.
We didn't build EqualFaith Worship from a boardroom. We built it from those memories. From those frustrations. From a genuine desire to help.
Why One Payment, Forever?
This part is personal.
We've watched too many faith communities get trapped in subscriptions. Pay every month. And the month after that. And the month after that. Forever. If you stop paying, your platform disappears. Your member data. Your sermon archive. Your donation history. Gone.
That model works great for software companies. It's terrible for faith communities.
We decided early that EqualFaith Worship would be different. You pay once. You get the platform. You get all future updates. You get the complete source code. It's yours. Truly yours.
Not because we don't like money. Because we believe faith communities should own their tools, not rent them indefinitely. A church building isn't paid for monthly forever. Neither should your digital home be.
For Every Faith, Without Exception
EqualFaith Worship ships with features that work for everyone. But the names can change. The leader title can be pastor, imam, rabbi, swami, or anything your tradition uses. The teachings section can be called sermons, khutbahs, discourses, or talks. The giving section can reflect your own language around donations, tithes, offerings, or zakat.
You're not forced into someone else's religious framework. The platform adapts to you.
Churches use it. Mosques use it. Temples use it. Synagogues use it. Spiritual communities that don't fit any label use it.
That's not an accident. That's the whole point.
The Road Ahead
EqualFaith Worship is not finished. It never will be. We're constantly improving it based on feedback from real communities. When a mosque tells us they need something, we listen. When a church suggests a feature, we build it. When a temple points out something that could be better, we fix it.
The platform grows because the communities using it grow.
We're not just selling software. We're building something we believe in. Something that serves people who spend their lives serving others.
If that sounds like something your community needs, we'd be honoured.
EqualFaith Worship is a project by Miragek. One payment. Lifetime access. Built for churches, mosques, temples, synagogues, and every faith community.
